Drip-Off Varnishes/Double Pass Finishes

We offer a unique and varied range of Drip-Off/ Double-Pass finishes to enhance your projects and jobs. Drip-off can be used for various applications - in the area of folded boxes, in commercial printing, on publications or labels. These finishes are compatible with Anilox Coaters, Dry Offset UV coating, Flexo and Jainco UV coater. These finishes can also be achieved by using Screen UV for spot application and full coating for Gloss. Traditional Drip-Off creates impressive Matt-Gloss contrast with texture feel on the Matt portion of the job. Please note that our Drip-Offs are not compatible with wet-offset chemistry.

Our texture UV grades give good finish even with the low GSM and high speed coating achieved by Autoprint 120-300LPI Anilox Roller. The following are our range of single pass texture finishes which differ based on texture, feel and viscosity. These finishes are for application on Offset Prints.
